The flexible NOVL Approach guides clients through a process of discovery. 

The model is divided into 4 steps that can be applied to any challenge an organization may be facing.

  • Describe

    In this initial step, we help clients identify and define their values and vision. With an innovative and playful approach, the NOVL team helps clients embrace their strengths and reframe their weaknesses, identify challenges, and formulate the questions that lead to success.

  • Dream

    In this stage, the NOVL team facilitates the generation of possibilities. We help clients shift their perspective and broaden their view in order to identify potential avenues for success.

  • Develop

    Having identified possible solutions, clients work with the NOVL team to visualize potential barriers, outcomes, and unintended consequences. This prototyping allows for the pressure testing of the various solutions, allowing the selection of a preferred plan.

  • Deploy

    In the final stage, the NOVL team helps clients identify the steps they will need to take to launch their plan. Clients will develop processes and KPIs that will help them be successful. The NOVL team is also there to offer continued support, coaching teams and managers and monitoring the progress of implementation plans.
